Matt Cooper
Matt Cooper is a health coach and movement-based trainer out of the Los Angeles area. After mainstream health advice left him sick, anxious, and depressed at a young age, he began to seek answers.
Doing so led him to alternative practices such as interdisciplinary health, mindfulness, and psychedelics. By addressing both the mind and the body, Matt resurrected his body and felt capable to live as his full self for the first time.
He now combines a scientific understanding of both the mind and body to help people of all levels integrate psychedelic medicine as signposts along the way towards optimal well-being.
